19TH ANNUAL BALLYEARL SQUASH FESTIVAL
6TH - 8TH JUNE 2008
Please find attached the details and entry form for this year’s Ballyearl Squash Festival for a competitive level of squash and a great fun weekend! I hope that you will be entering a team this year. We would like yo have as many teams as possible, so even if you can’t field a full team of 8 and have even a few people interested please contact me, as we can combine players from different clubs to make up the teams if need be.
To make it even more fun for both players and any visitors that come along we will be having other activities as well, including golf, pool, darts and perhaps target golf. On top of this there will be live entertainment on both Friday and Saturday night with a BBQ being held on the Saturday night!

Both my phone numbers are on the attached sheets but if you have any difficulty making contact ring the club and leave a message any evening after 7.00pm. I have provisionally booked a number of rooms at the Chimney Corner Hotel for anyone needing accommodation. Please contact me regarding your requirements in order to get the advantageous rates of £22.50 per night per person sharing twin room.
I would be grateful if you would confirm as soon as possible if you would like to participate. We would like to have entries back with us by Friday 4th April 2008.
