The Ulster Squash Player Pathway provides a structured route for players from the start of their squash career through to the end of their playing career, and allows for players to follow both recreational and competitive routes.
VISIONS
The overall visions for the pathway are:
To provide a structure to support, foster and improve all levels of players and coaches;
To provide access, the necessary support and guidance to Ulster players who aspire to a professional career within squash;
To create athletes capable of successfully representing Northern Ireland at Commonwealth games;
TRAINING PROGRAMMES
