The aims of these sessions are;
To provide additional technical and tactical training to competitive players;
To establish good practise habits for players;
To offer support and guidance to club coaching programmes that currently exist in different clubs around the province;
The sessions are open to both juniors and senior players, although in the event of a session being over subscribed, priority will be given to junior players.
Please note the limited number of spaces per session – this is to ensure that the sessions are not overcrowded, and to control the player/ court ratio (the optimum number of players per court is 3).
Places on the classes can be booked up to seven days in advance by email or telephone, and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. In the event of there being not enough confirmed players on a session, that session may be subject to cancellation.
All sessions will be supervised by appropriately qualified and vetted Ulster Squash coaches.
